Marina or Pontoon Cleats

KJ Precision Engineering manufactures Marina or Jetty Cleats as a standard product. They come in two sizes 300mm and 380mm.

We have been manufacturing these cleats in house since 1990 and they are distributed all over Australia and New Zealand to large and small pontoon and marina manufacturers, boating shops and individual customers.

These cleats are die-cast from marine grade aluminium in our Brisbane factory and are extremely robust, long wearing and designed to perform reliably in the extreme conditions of the marine environment.

For Minimum orders of 50 or more you can have your company logo engraved on both sides of the cleat for no extra charge.

Aluminium Cleat Costs and Details

300mm Cleat

This is the standard size cleat used on all marinas, pontoons and jetties.

They are secured to the marina by way of 2 x 12mm Galvanised Bolts (Not included).

380mm Cleat

This cleat is used for securing larger vessels.

The base has added width to spread the load over the pontoon surface. The columns and horns are heavily constructed to take the high wind loads exerted by larger vessels.

These are secured by way of 2 x 16mm Galvanized Bolts (Not included)
