KJ’s skilled and experienced staff use the milling machine to create highly accurate tooling, that then produce aluminium castings in our foundry.

In addition to Tool manufacture the CNC Mill is used for jobbing work, prototyping, accurate repetitive production functions, along with machining many of the castings produced here.

The CNC accepts all materials, including aluminium, brass, tool steel, plastics, mild steel and stainless steel.
