KJ Precision Engineering runs a foundry that  has been producing quality aluminium die castings since 1965 in our Brisbane factory. The knowledge and experience gained over nearly half a century means you as the customer will receive consistent quality products to precision standards.

The design of your concept is the starting point and with years of experience, we are able to create the most effective and efficient design using the latest computer technology and techniques, saving you time and money. This is achieved by spending the time to understand your vision and the exact requirements of your product.

We wholly manufacture the tooling of your product onsite by precision techniques, thereby ensuring you get the best quality product and with 50 years of experience we are able to foresee issues before they may occur. Read more, watch video clips about our die-casting process.

We use certified aluminium in our products, marine grade may be requested. We are capable of castings ranging in weight from 50grams to 15kg and from small to large production runs.

We are able to keep some stock in house for our regular customers, meaning a quick turnaround time for you.

You can choose to pay for and keep your own tooling or amortise it over the first few runs of castings.

KJ Precision Engineering has been involved in many significant projects over the years, casting products for truck bodies, the seating for the Sydney 2000 Olympics, outdoor products for the electrical industry, street furniture for local councils, marina and jetty cleats and the aluminium housing for our Dritel Emergency Telephones.
